For the club now we’re trying to organize once per year a Fox Hunt here on the National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug. We are still looking for oppertunities for how and when. stay tuned!!!
What is a Fox Hunt ?
Fox hunting is a game where a transmission signal has been hidden.
The game is to search and spot the transmitter.
This could be done as a foxhunt in, for example, a park or forest during or
could be done with a larger transmission signal (a static hidden transceiver or a moving (high
altitude) weather balloon) over a wider area where you need a car to reach the foxhunt hiding
or landing spot.
Our hunt will be done with 2 or 3 transmitters in a static position!
